A frequent source of errors is mismatching the columns of a materialized view with its target AggregatingMergeTree or SummingMergeTree table. The ORDER BY clause of the target table must be consistent with the GROUP BY of the SELECT clause in the materialized view. Additionally, column names in the view's SELECT must match those of the destination table — do not rely on column ordering. Use aliases to ensure names align.
